Privacy Policy

SysPro respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use our services. We will not divulge any of your details to a third party without first receiving your permission to do so.

Your contact details are valuable to us, as is your trust in us. We would do nothing to put that at risk.

We will sometimes forward information regarding product upgrades or new products to people who have contacted us. These are limited to less than one per month. If you find these a nuisance, contact us and we will remove you from the distribution list.

Refund Policy

If you buy any of our standard software products then decide within 30 days that the product does not meet your requirements, we will cheerfully refund your money. All that we ask is that you agree to no longer use the product.

Software Integrity

SysPro does its utmost to ensure that our products will not damage your environment and do what they say they will do. Most of our products extract information from systems, rather than modify them, so the risk of accidental damage is minimal. However, new users of a program may misunderstand the function that they are performing. Our software tries to warn you if you are about to change things. We also advise the following:-
1. Practice in a test environment or on non critical machines.
2. Backup files before changing them.
3. If our software suggests something is wrong, verify it via some other independent means.

One of the nightmares of system administrators is that they will download software from the Internet and run it, only to find that it is malicious code that sets about destroying their environment. We can tell you that out code is not malicious, but can you trust us?

Clearly, our plan is to develop and market software. Our reputation is absolutely critical to our success. If you want further assurance beyond an anonymous person writing anonymous websites and sending anonymous emails, please email us and we will try to allay your fears. We are happy to:-
1. Communicate via phone
2. Communicate via snail mail
3. Put you in contact with some of our customers that have worked personally with us.
